Trip to Nola

Day 3- we woke up and headed down stairs for breakfast eggs and bacon. when we finished we dashed outside and went to canal street and entered the insect museum. We saw such cool stuff like hundreds of thousands of    lady bugs. we say diving  beetles and we got to pet Giant cockroaches... EEK. we saw some scary spiders too. we got to the bug cafe and ate some bugs! then we went into the gator room. we saw some goofy looking baby gators and we saw termites in a box. when we left the museum, we took a taxi to the  aquarium they had alot of cool fish. we saw a albino gator. seahorses and a loin fish! we went into a underwater glass tunnel with sharks and happy stingrays in it! the aquarium was pretty fun! when we left the aquarium we went to some parades and caught ALOT of beads and swords!. the night was very tiring so   we went to sleep at our hotel room.

Trip to Nola

Day 2 -when we woke up we left for new Orleans. the drive was pretty boring but we went through the Mobile Alabama Tunnel... scary... but the rest of the way was normal, a few deer, alot of 18 wheeler s.
but once we hit lake Pontchartrain the ride was fun. we were in new Orleans finally! once we entered the city we found poydras street and got to our hotel. the parking is really un enjoyable. once we entered the lobby they said our rooms were not ready... so we started going around the city! we stopped in the French Market for some slushies and drinks. we visited the Oldest bar in america. we walked down Royal Street to get back to our hotel. our rooms were finally ready! < yay! > it was time for dinner in the lobby Soy chicken, egg rolls and rice. when we finished it was about 7 pm so we headed to the indoor pool. the pool was nice and heated  outside was so COLD.we fished at the pool and headed to our rooms. We went to sleep. our hotel is the homewood suites on poydras street. i Highly Recommend the hotel!

Trip to New Orleans

Day 1     We woke up very early today to pack up our car and get everything ready for our trip to New Orleans. As we pack our car i grabbed anything i would want or need to bring with me on the trip.When every thing was packed and jammed into our car we drove to get some breakfast at McDonald's. I enjoyed my sausage Mcgriddle. when we left the restaurant we were off for good. the drive was pretty boring. Then  we took US 19 for 4 hours! What is that?!? a small furry black creature stood on the road. Swoosh. we swerved around the "Unknown" animal. the rest of the ride was on  Interstate 10. We saw ALOT of dead dear on the side of the road. we soon arrived at the end of the Florida Border. Yay .  Florida was the longest part about our trip. when we arrive in Alabama we just had to drive a few miles in to get to our hotel , We are staying at the Home wood suites in Mobile. Free dinner tonight too. I'll get back get back to you guys tomorrow.
